All sales are final for original artwork.

Due to the nature of handmade and one-of-a-kind pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or if you experience any issues, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To help us assess the situation, please include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will gladly work with you to find a suitable solution.

If a return is exceptionally approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must use insured shipping.

Items must be returned in their original condition. If a returned item arrives damaged, no refund will be issued.
